REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

A. ADMISSION TO JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

To seek admission in the school is an expression of a student’s willingness to abide by the rules and regulations of the school and be part of the Savian Community. Applicants to Junior High School are given diagnostic assessments assess their scholastic aptitudes and personality profile. Their report cards must also reflect their eligibility for the level they are applying for. They must also possess the maturity suitable for their level.

The school accepts application for fourth year high school on a case to case basis.

Promotion to High School is not an assurance for admission to SDSC. The following criteria must have to be met:

1. A general average of not lower than 80%.
2. A satisfactory deportment grade.
3. A passing final grade in each subject.
4. Satisfactory results on the diagnostics assessment administered by the Guidance, Testing, Counseling and Placement Office.
5. Provisions for students with excemptionalities for inclusion.

In case of unsatisfactory result; the BEIS Office reserves the right to require applicants to attend enhancement classes in SDSC prior to admission should the applicants fail to pass the diagnostic test.

For admission, the following have to be submitted:
        1. Original Form 138 (report card)
            — 1 photocopy PSA Birth Certificate
        2. Four (4) (1 x 1) colored ID pictures and four (4) (2 x 2) colored ID pictures.
        3. Alien Certificate of Registration/Study Permit for Foreigners.
        4. F137 or SF10.
        5. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
        6. NCAE Result (SHS only).
        7. Honorable Dismissal (for Transferee).
