BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN COMPUTER ENGINEERING

The Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering is a five-year program that is a combination of electrical engineering and computer science. The curriculum provides students with a foundation in basic science, mathematics, software, and engineering. It covers topics on how to design a microprocessor and develop embedded systems that are used in desktops or handheld devices. The program also equips students with the ability to analyze, plan, design, install, operate and maintain digital devices, computer hardware, and software systems.


Program Outcome:

Graduates of Computer Engineering are expected to be able to:

    1. Solve complex engineering problems using the application of mathematics and science         knowledge

    2. Conduct engineering procedures professionally and ethically

    3. Understand and explain the significance of engineering solutions globally, economically,         and environmentally

    4. Use up to date techniques, skills, and engineering tools for computer engineering         procedures.  Apply engineering and management principles both as a member and a         leader in a team
